    Cruise through the mangroves of Klong Yai Kee to this open-air lantern lit eatery on stilts, built of wood recycled from Soneva Kiri’s construction.

    Long-time Soneva Fushi chef Khun Benz returned to her homeland to helm this open kitchen, using ingredients produced on Koh Kood or nearby Koh Chang. Nightly changing nine course meals from her vast repertoire of Thai dishes may include crispy sweet corn in chilli sauce, stir fried morning glory and wok seared prawns with black pepper.
