Comprising approximately 60 private pool villas spread over the undulating topography of the site, the eco–Cycladic design of Soneva Nisi follows the simple architecture of traditional Greek island housing. Creatively integrated into the landscape overlooking the azure waters of the Aegean, the west-facing development will enjoy beautiful sunsets and exceptional privacy.
The villas will be between 90 square metres (970 square feet) and 339 square metres (3,600 square feet) in size with 20 villas having their own personal spa villa attached. Ten will be eco villas with advanced low energy technology.
