Andreas Bagh is trained at Kong Hans’ Kælder in Copenhagen and here he formed the backbone of the classic cuisine with excellent ingredients, a brilliant balance and delightful tastes.After his time at the three-starred Michelin restaurant Alinea in Chicago, his technical skills and creative development have lifted the lavish plating.

Returning to Denmark, Andreas Bagh spent two years at Geranium, the first restaurant in Denmark to receive three Michelin stars, as assisting chef and spent the time closely studying the natural and sentient Nordic cuisine, before he was headhunted back to Kong Hans as assisting head chef.
