After spending three years building a strong brand and team in Florida, Gregoire head back to France to join Frederic Robert at the world-renowned La Grande Cascade as first sous-chef. His international experience proved invaluable as he quickly became Frederic Robert's right hand at only 24. Gregoire's thirst for personal growth and experience led him to Dubai, where he heads the kitchen of Ossiano, the underwater restaurant at Atlantis, The Palm. Chef Berger was ranked number 10 in The Best Chef in the World Awards in 2017 and Best Head Chef of the Year at the 2017 Caterer Awards.
