He first opened his restaurant in 1990, with his wife Luciana, a former school teacher, as front of house. In 2001 all of Massimo and Luciana’s hard work was honoured with the much sought after Michelin Star, which the restaurant has retained. Today, MASSIMO CAMIA’s is a warm and cosyrestaurant with a modern ambience. Diners can drink in the breath-taking vistas across Langa’s rolling hills. On the menu, pride of place is given to fresh, locally sourced produce for a homegrown, yet very personal style of cuisine.
