Assist in supervising all F&B hosts in all F&B outlets within the resort.
To ensure prompt, polite, efficient and high standards of Food and Beverage service in accordance with resorts best practices and SOP’s. Monitoring and encourage to improve performance and result.
Education: Diplomas/Degree of Hospitality/Restaurant Management Experience: Minimum of 4 years F&B service experience in a management level within 5 star property Hotel.
Language: English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the F&B service operations, hotel policies regarding food and beverage services.
Ability to up-sell and communicate freely with guests. Age: Minimum 25 years old
