Overall control of resort’s restaurants, maintain the standard set by the F&B service Manager in all outlets. Conduct training at the individual outlets according to provided guidelines.
Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
Minimum 5 years of F&B service experience
English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage
Other Knowledge & Skills:
Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s policies
Age: Minimum 25 years old
