Responsible for the efficient operation within the departments and maintain a good relation with hosts and Resident Owners and guest. Responsible for the up keep of departmental financial performance and goals. Supervise and execute projects to enhance Residence owners, guests and host experience. Accommodate any specific needs raised by guests, receive and handle all guests courteously and sincerely.
Education: Degree in Hospitality, Operations & Management preferable
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Managerial exposure in major operating departments in Hotels.
Language: English with ability to communicate clearly and knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
Other Knowledge & Skills: Complete knowledge of Soneva Kiri – policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, first aid and fire- fighting preferred, full range of Frontline services & operations. Good human relations, communications and up selling skills.
Age: Minimum 25 years old
