Supervise and liaise with the different department heads particularly the chef, to assist in menu pricing, costing planning and other promotional activities. Implement controls in the storage, issuing and receiving of goods into the hotel. Analyze cost and expenses of the other departments.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Any other recognized accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum two years experience in cost control and another two years experience in store and receiving operations in a Hotel.
Language: English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written
Other Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge in accounting principles & procedures, computers skills and Hotel operational procedures.
Age: Minimum 25 years old
