Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, Experience must include work in recruiting/ staffing, departmental planning, performance management, payroll systems and implementation of developmental policies aligned with organizational strategy. People management skills and adequate experience in the same are essential to this role.
