Abilities and aptitudes to perform each duty proficient to create, and delivers an outstanding satisfaction and positive service for the guests. Ability to up-sell and communicate freely with guests.
Education: Degree or above Experience: Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience.
Language: English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage.
Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s policies.
