Senior Chef De Cuisine

• Assists and coordinates with the Executive chef the smooth operation of all kitchen and food producing outlets
• Works to maintain the quality performance standards established
• Supervise entire kitchen brigade and stewarding in the absence of the Executive chef

Diploma in Culinary art or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of culinary experience

English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written

Other Knowledge & Skills:
Good knowledge of kitchen operation. Creative, flexible and the ability to deal with stressful situations and work in a team
