Telephone Operator Supervisor

Responsible for the efficient delivery of excellent service and maintain a good relation with the guests. Maintain guest relations by providing special help/care to guests and by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment. Responsible for a smooth operation of the department by communicating with Friday team Supervisor on a daily basis

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism studies
• Minimum 21 years old

Experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar field

Skills
• Complete knowledge of policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, first aid and fire fighting preferred, full range of Front of house services and operations. 
Ability to coordinates and communicate with other departments.

Language Skills
• English / Mandarin – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage
