Responsible for the efficient delivery of excellent service and maintain a good relation with the guests. Maintain guest relations by providing special help/care to guests and by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment. Responsible for a smooth operation of the department by communicating with Friday team Supervisor on a daily basis
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism studies
• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar field
• Complete knowledge of policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, first aid and fire fighting preferred, full range of Front of house services and operations. Ability to coordinates and communicate with other departments.
• English / Mandarin – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage
