Responsible for maintaining efficient telephone operation during the shift for smooth operation of the entire front office. Ability to administer internal procedures, Ability to handle guest complaints and simple inquiries over the phone efficiently, resolve problems referred effectively and report on happenings.
Education: Secondary School / Diploma in Hospitality Management
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in the related field
Language: English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be advantageous
Other Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel, power point. Provide an outstanding first impression and positive image for the guests
