Chef Heiko Nieder (2*), February 20 - March 3
Heiko is the Chef of Fine Dining at the Dolder Grand. In the first year the restaurant was
awarded 17 GaultMillau points and its first Michelin star.
Chef Mathias Dahlgren (1*), February 25 - March 5
Mathias runs two restaurants at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, the Michelin-starred Matbaren and the vegetarian eatery Rutabaga.
