There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our time at Soneva Fushi was. As a vegan, I have never experienced food on this level before when eating out. I had so many options and I felt so energised and healthy throughout my entire stay. We were lucky enough to experience the new Out of the Blue restaurant while we were there - it was superb!

Having stayed in Soneva Kiri last year, we thought we had found paradise, but it appears that Sonu and Eva have managed to work their magic at Soneva Fushi too. From luxurious villas nestled in the jungle, yet on the beach, to relaxed dining in the sand eating the most amazing freshly produced meals imaginable. If you have a bucket list, put this on it.

We stayed for three nights and had dinner at all three of the amazing restaurants. The garden restaurant is a beautiful place and such a unique experience. Do a little stargazing after dinner or visit the open air cinema to really close off the night well.

From the moment we arrived at Soneva Fushi, our experience was outstanding! What made it the best was the friendly staff and fresh, organic food. Every morning we were greeted by the lovely Fatima with fruit juice shooters. Her smile alone was a great way to start the day. Alongside her were all the wonderful chefs and waiters, especially Chef Pinto, who made our stay all the more special. Another must is the dinner at the beautiful Mihiree Mitha.

Out of the Blue

The heart of the dining facility and the only all-day dining outlet, Out of the Blue hosts a number of different kitchens offering international dishes.

Once Upon a Table

A culinary theatre showcasing some of the biggest names in fine dining. There is no menu, allowing the creativity and skills of the chef to take centre stage.

So Hands On

An ode to seafood, this sushi counter has just five seats. At times it will welcome Chef Kenji Gyoten, the youngest three-Michelin starred sushi chef in Japan.

Flames and smoke set the stage for So Bespoke, Out of the Blue’s open-air Teppanyaki table. Presiding over the coals is Chef Katsuhiro To.
