Named after Chef Sobah, Sobah’s is a restaurant located on an uninhabited island only 15 minutes away by speedboat from Soneva Fushi, serving uniquely Maldivian dishes with modern twists.
Out of the Blue
The heart of the dining facility and the only all-day dining outlet, Out of the Blue hosts a number of different kitchens offering international dishes, as well as So Hot, So Chilled, So Fresh, and So Cheesy.
So Hands On
An ode to expertly prepared fresh seafood, So Hands On is a sushi counter with just five seats. At times it will welcome Chef Kenji Gyoten, the youngest three-Michelin starred sushi chef in Japan.
