Alberto Faccani is a self-taught chef. He has beenpassionate about the restaurant industry and had always dreamed of becoming achef since he was child. He considers himself a dynamic person with an openmind when it comes to cooking styles, forms and traditions.
In 2003, at the age of 27, he decided to open hisrestaurant: Magnolia. After just a year and a half, he won his first Michelin star. In 2005 he joined Jeunes Restauranteurs d'Europe.
