In 2014, Christophe went back to his native region when he purchased La Maison d’à Côté. He proposed an inventive cuisine, modern and healthy, exclusively selecting local products. Nine months after opening, he was awarded one Michelin star. Today, he adds to his one star Michelin three toques from Gault-Millau and the title of Master Cook, he was then elected “grand de demain” in 2016 by Gault-Millau.
